His previous leadership roles include Microsoft (subsidiary CEO) and Advantage Group (Public Coy CEO). Greg now has a portfolio of technology companies and is Chairman of the IceHouse, which was named by Forbes Magazine as one of the top 10 technology Incubators in the world in April 2010.
Fady's wireless power experience provides him with an intimate knowledge of wireless power architecture, application and solutions. Previous roles include Business Development Manager for a number of privately held and publicly listed companies, including medical devices company, Fisher & Paykel Healthcare. He was a founder of Spark, a highly successful entrepreneurial competition at the University of Auckland. Fady holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical & Electronic) and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Auckland University.
Patrick is a highly experienced power electronics engineer and researcher with over 70 publications and 6 patents to his name. He has had almost 20 years experience in power electronics and power systems. He is the lead inventor and technology architect of the second generation inductive power transfer technology (dynamic detuning) that Powerbyproxi uses. Patrick holds a PhD (Auckland), Masters and Bachelor's degree's in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. His research interests include both fundamental research and practical application in a variety of areas including resonant converters (modeling and control of switch mode nonlinear circuits, high frequency power generation, magnetic coupling, power conditioning,) wireless power supplies coupled with wireless communication systems, electronic control of power systems and distributed power systems.
Kunal has extensive experience in manufacturing process design and was involved in the initial commercial realization and application of Dr Hu's work. Prior to joining PowerbyProxi, he worked at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare as a Product Development Engineer for almost 4 years. During this time he managed design projects and negotiated production contracts. Kunal holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Embedded Systems) from The University of Auckland.
David is an experienced senior executive with track record in the introduction of new technology in the US industrial marketplace. He is highly experienced in process automation and control environments across a broad range of industries. David's previous leadership roles include: VP Business Development /GM for a number of privately held and publicly listed industrial application companies.
